VEX II, States and Provinces, includes selected Sub-national flags from around the world. The 14 countries represented are Australia, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Malaysia, New Zealand, Russia, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. Included are all 50 US states, all Canadian provinces and territories, flags of England, Scotland and Wales, and the very attractive flags of Spanish regions and Brazilian states.

The games included in VEX II are basic VEX, like Rummy; Checkered Flag; an auto racing game using flag cards, Rally Round the Flag; a trick taking game that uses the continents and colors of each flag card only; and Flag Football, a team building game using the Tier 2 and Tier 3 attributes.
